Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us improve the service.

Portfolio & Trade Data: When you use our tracking and journaling features, we store the portfolio holdings, trade entries, journal notes, and related data you provide. This data belongs to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party market data providers to deliver stock prices and financial data. These providers may have their own privacy policies. We aggregate publicly available data from the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE), Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), Uganda Securities Exchange (USE), and financial data APIs.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as theme and segment selection), and ensure the Platform functions properly. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized analytical data may be retained indefinitely.
